Faisal Islamic Bank launches Customer Service via WhatsApp

Faisal Islamic Bank launched a new channel to customer service on WhatsApp via the phone number +249100006161. From now on, FIB customers can send their inquiries and questions to this phone number where they get helped and find responses to their questions immediately.
The CEO of Faisal Islamic Bank, Mr. Moawia Ahmed Elamin, explained that this service, which is the first ever of its kind in the banking sector of Sudan, reflects the keenness of the Bank’s leadership to satisfy its customers, meet their requirements and provide them with due assistance, indicating that the Bank’s customers are promised a qualitative leap that will raise the level of the services and products provided by the Bank, among the most prominent features of which are the development of the call center system and the increase in its capacity, in order to enable responding to the maximum possible number of calls, messages and inquiries sent by FIB customers.
For his part, Ahmed Gaafar, Director of the Bank's Customer Experience Department, indicated that customer service via WhatsApp represents a qualitative addition to customer service platforms in banking industry, referring that it would enhance communication between Faisal Islamic Bank and its customers, thus contributing to improving the quality of services provided by the Bank. He explained that this service constitutes a new channel added to the variety of channels that the Bank is keen to use in order to provide a unique experience to its customers.
